I work in a psychodynamic way which addresses the conflicts that we sometimes feel inside and which can become quite difficult to deal with on our own. I also sometimes use a solution focussed approach that deals with a specific issue, being flexible to meet your needs.
In the initial session, we can talk about what it is that you would want and how I might be able to give you the support you are looking for.
